For over 30 years, we’ve mentored youth—equipping them with the confidence and skills to turn ideas into real, purpose-driven businesses or advance their careers. When Raf and I decided it was time to create the Teen Accelerator Model, tam.™, we knew our mission wasn’t just to teach teens how to turn an idea into a business by developing value-driven offerings. It was about cultivating self-reliance and showing young people how to build, adapt, and thrive in any environment. Today, we continue mentoring high school students in our local school district and community, as well as small business owners across the country.
