Startup Success
for Teens
at tam.™ – we guide teens to create, test, and launch their ideas into real businesses using ai, new technology, and skills they can apply to any business, anytime.
/ Pain Points
The future is here, but our youth aren't ready.
Equipping our youth with real-world skills is more important than ever. Traditional education often focuses on theory, but knowing something isn’t the same as knowing how to use it. At tam.™, we bridge that gap. Students don’t just learn concepts—they apply them. From building a real business to leveraging AI and automation, we provide hands-on experience and tools they can use now, and years down the road.
Outdated Education
Fewer than 40% of U.S. high schools offer comprehensive computer science or digital literacy programs, leaving many teens unprepared for modern workforce demands.
Lack of Mentorship
Nearly 67% lack the guidance essential for personal, academic, and career growth.
Digital Skills Gap
Digital jobs growing by over 12% annually. Skills gap of up to 2.4 million workers in the U.S.—a clear sign that our education system isn’t keeping pace with emerging technology needs.

/ Bridging the Gap
Secure your future,
be self reliant, know
your worth, and take educated risks.
For over 30 years, we’ve mentored youth, equipping them with the confidence and skills to turn ideas into real, purposeful businesses or advance their careers. When Raf and I decided it was time to create this teen accelerator model, tam.™, we knew our mission wasn’t just about teaching them how to turn an idea into a business by creating value offerings—it was about fostering self-reliance and showing young people how to build, adapt, and thrive in any situation. Currently, we continue to mentor high school students in our local community, and small business owners across the country.
Success isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about creating lasting value, aligning our work with God’s principles, and stewarding our gifts wisely. That’s why, for the past decade, we’ve invested our time and resources into ventures that empower others.
