Additional Costs & Participant Responsibility

While the tam.™ 7-Week Accelerator provides hands-on training, mentorship, and expert guidance, participants are solely responsible for any additional costs related to their business development.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website hosting fees
• Domain name registration (website URLs)
• Premium software or plug-ins required for their business
• Any startup costs for third-party tech applications or tools
• Any cost(s) associated with experiential field training

These expenses are not covered by the program sign-up fee and must be purchased separately at the participant’s discretion.

Each participant’s outcome is directly influenced by their effort, commitment, and application of the skills and knowledge provided in the program. Success is not promised; rather, students will gain the tools, mentorship, and guidance to take meaningful steps toward building their own business.

Parental Access, Oversight & Safety Policy

To ensure full transparency and the safety of all minors enrolled in the tam.™ Teen Accelerator Model, the following policies are in place and agreed to upon registration:

1. Parental Access to Program Content

Parents and legal guardians will have full access to all educational content, including modules, lessons, and materials delivered throughout the program. This includes access to digital resources used for instruction, assignments, and practice activities.

2. Monitoring of Mentor Interactions

All mentor-led coaching sessions—whether in-person, remote group calls, or one-on-one video calls—will be recorded for quality assurance, training, and safety purposes. These recordings may be reviewed by the parent or guardian upon written request. Recordings are securely stored and used solely for internal program accountability and parental review.

3. Parental Consent for External Engagements

No business introductions, networking opportunities, or professional collaborations (including experiential field training or external activities) will be initiated or pursued without prior written approval from the parent or legal guardian. This includes introductions to business contacts, investors, or industry professionals.

4. Location of In-Person Activities

For the safety of participants, all in-person training sessions, mentor meetings, and experiential learning activities will take place in public locations within or around the communities of Nocatee and Ponte Vedra, Florida. Specific locations will be shared with parents upon enrollment and ahead of any scheduled activity.

5. Parent Communication & Updates

Parents will receive regular updates on their child’s progress and activities within the program. Open communication between parents and the tam.™ team is strongly encouraged to ensure a supportive and transparent learning environment.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy

By enrolling in the tam.™ Accelerator Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Non-Refundable Payment Policy:

1. No Refunds
All payments made to Brandmerce LLC for the tam.™ Teen Accelerator Model are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Once registration is complete and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
> Withdrawal from the program before or during the course.
> Failure to attend or complete the program.
> Dissatisfaction with program content, mentorship, or outcomes.
> Personal, professional, or financial conflicts preventing participation.

2. Commitment Requirement
Enrollment in the tam.™ Teen Accelerator Model requires a serious commitment to active participation. By signing up, participants agree to dedicate the necessary time and effort to fully engage with the program’s curriculum, mentorship, and activities.

3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verifiable medical emergency or other extreme circumstances, subject to review and approval by Brandmerce LLC. Any such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. However, approval is solely at the discretion of Brandmerce LLC, and acceptance into the program confirms the participant’s understanding that refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstance.

4. Transferability Policy
Payments made to Brandmerce LLC for the tam.™ Teen Accelerator Model are not transferable to future cohorts or other programs. If a participant is unable to attend, they may request, in writing, to transfer their spot to another eligible participant, subject to approval by Brandmerce LLC.

5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing registration and submitting payment to Brandmerce LLC, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Non-Refundable Payment Policy.
